Winter Retreat in Puerto Rico

  • Day 1

    Fly non-stop from PVD to San Juan, where your hosts will meet you at the airport to head up into the El Yunque National Rainforest to our private eco village. We’ll settle into the property with welcome snacks and intention setting and then enjoy a grounding yin practice and family style dinner.

  • Day 2

    After breakfast, we’ll enjoy a morning yoga flow and then set out on a hike through the national rainforest before returning to our villa for lunch. The trail head starts just a short walk from the property, making it an easy adventure right from our doorstep. The afternoon is yours, time to sauna, nap, read, walk down our private trailhead to the river, opt for bodywork (at an additional cost) and simply enjoy the stillness before a relaxed group dinner and yin practice.

  • Day 3

    Wake up for a final morning flow followed by breakfast at the villa before we head to the coast. We’ll spend the afternoon at the beach - swimming, relaxing by the water, and enjoying local cuisine together. We’ll take the scenic route back to San Juan for a short evening flight home to PVD around 7 p.m

Cancelation policy: Deposits secure your spot on the trip and are not refundable. Refunds for the balance payments vary depending on timing. For cancellation requests submitted with more than 60 days of retreat date: 100% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. For cancellation requests submitted within 60 days of retreat date, 50% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. Cancellation requests within 30 days of the retreat: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions. Nobody books a retreat with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, complete or for arriving late or leaving early.
